Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information RevvFunded ("we," "us") collects when you join our waitlist or contact us, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the choices you have. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and where applicable to visitors in the EU/UK, the principles of the GDPR.

1. What we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect only what you enter into the form:

• Your name or trader handle
• Your email address
• Your indicated account size of interest and markets traded

If you reply to our emails, we also retain the contents of that correspondence. We do not ask for, or want, sensitive financial data (bank details, government IDs, card numbers) at the waitlist stage.

2. Why we collect it

• To contact you about founding-cohort access and product updates you signed up for.
• To understand what our early audience trades, so we can design the evaluation appropriately.
• To respond to questions or feedback you send us.

We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form, as the basis for this. You can withdraw it at any time (see Section 6).

3. How it's collected and stored

Our waitlist form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form provider that receives your submission and forwards it to us. Our site is hosted by Netlify. These providers process your data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms. We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete it.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We share it only with the service providers named above (Formspree, Netlify) strictly to operate the waitlist, and where required by law. If we later add email or analytics tools, we will update this policy to name them.

5. Cookies and analytics

Our waitlist page does not set marketing cookies. If we introduce analytics in the future, we will disclose it here and, where required, ask for your consent first.

6. Your rights and choices

You can, at any time:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct it if it's inaccurate.
• Withdraw consent and ask us to delete your information.
• Unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any message, or by replying "unsubscribe."

To make any of these requests, email us at the address below and we'll action it promptly.

7. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including serving our site over encrypted HTTPS and limiting access to submissions. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard what you share with us.

8. Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of majority in their province or country of residence.
